Q. What is your background in the hospitality industry?
A. My career began 13 years ago at the Phoenix Inn Suites, Eugene, Oregon. I worked as a night auditor while attending the University of Oregon for a Business Degree, with a emphasis on Marketing. I quickly rose within the company and at the age of 22 was a general manager of a hotel in Wilsonville, OR.

Alastair Westgarth is president and CEO of Richardson-based Tango Networks. He is a veteran of the wireless and data communications industry with more than 16 years of experience. He joined the company in March 2007 as COO and ascended to the president and CEO position in October 2007. He had previously served on the Tango board of directors and advisors.
